培训时间：
每周培训一次，每次约1.5小时。
培训目的：
扎扎实实打下英语基本功，全面提高英语的听、说、读、写。暂不以应试为目的。
20xx年春天、夏天（4-6月）的计划：
1. 过去2个月你们已背完《新概念1》，现在继续《新概念2》的背诵。每周背诵3课。计划到10月份要将《新概念2》所有文章的背得滚瓜烂熟。上课时，你们当场背诵，Linda纠正你们的单词发音。（练习目的：通过背诵扎扎实实积累一些英语句型。学英语没有捷径可走，背诵是最能打一个扎实基础的方法。）
2. 讨论上周的作业。
3. 命题作文。Linda说一个题目，给你们3分钟的时间思考，然后当场口头作文。要求说至少2分钟。期间Linda会录音，把你们的口头作文录下来，拷贝给你们，供日后参考。同时，Linda会给你们推荐一些可以使用的单词或句型。回家后，你们要把这篇口头作文整理成一篇不少于200字的作文。（练习目的：口语练习；大胆开口表达。）
4. 布置作业。通常是一部美国电影。你们带来U盘，我当场把电影拷贝给你们。通常，会有一些问题要回答；还有一些从电影中摘录出来的句子，要求翻译成中文。（练习目的：根据问题找信息；英译中。）
5. 中译英练习。Linda给出一些中文句子，由你们当场翻译成英文。
6. 交流学习心得。分享最近你发掘的一些好单词、好句型。
作业：
1. 每天一篇日记。在星期四晚上之前，通过email把日记发给我。我修改后会把日记发给你们。然后你们把日记的.第二版发给我。我继续修改。然后你们把第三版发给我。
2. 每周一篇命题作文。作文题目，如电影观后感、或虚拟“如果我中奖100万”之类的。要求200字以上。同样通过以上方式提交、修改。（练习目的：作文、语法纠细。我们不开专门的语法课，所有关于语法的训练都在家庭作业中进行。我会指出你做错的地方，要求你一而再、再而三的修改。）
3. 每周看一个美国电影。通常都有英文字慕。每部电影会有10个左右的问题要回答。同样通过email提交你们的回答。（练习目的：在娱乐中学习英语。开阔视野。）
4. 每天要做口腔和舌头的肌肉练习。使得口腔肌肉能运用自如，发音能到位。另外，要跟读新概念MP3，要能catch它的速度，跟着读，直到舌头要出现酸痛感。
5. 要复习已学内容（新概念1和2），熟背已学单词，积累词汇量。
2013年夏秋季（7-9月）初步计划：
1. 引入听写，听写VOA慢速英语，每天要一篇；训练听力，以及对spelling的良好感觉；（听写是一种很好的训练。Linda通过听写现在能够盲打，——比如听一个MP3，闭着眼睛能够用键盘把它的文本写出来，全篇拼写正确率在90%以上。）
2. 引入阅读，阅读一些英文原版小说，相当于美国小学生阅读水平的，如《鲁滨逊漂流记》的英语版等等。（训练目的：训练阅读方法。如在上下文语境中理解其意思，保证阅读速度，尽量不查词典。）
3. 引入抗噪练习。在有噪音的环境中学习和培训。这是一种注意力训练。
4. 增加写作长度：英语日记，继续天天写，每天的写作字数要在150以上；而命题作文，字数要保证300字以上。
一年后（到明年春天），预计：
- 通过大学英语三/四级考试；
- 能够大胆开口说话，与外国人口语交流没大问题；
- 能够开始用英语进行思考。
- 为将来考研究生打下一个基础。
- 要能读一些原版小说，一个月一本小说。届时如有需要可以将培训改为一周二次，其中一次为阅读讨论。
- 由于届时你们已经有了一个比较好的基础，一年后可以针对性地做一些增加词汇量、语法的练习。
