故事的内容是：丑聋人卡利摩多被巴黎圣母院的神父克洛德收养，做撞钟人。外貌正经的克罗德神父自从遇见美丽的吉普赛少女爱斯梅拉达后，被其美色神魂颠倒，但爱斯美拉达喜欢上了了非必斯。非必斯生性风流，被怀恨在心的克罗德刺杀并嫁祸于爱斯美拉达，令她被判死刑，行刑时，卡利摩多将爱斯美拉达救走并藏身于圣母院中，爱斯美拉达被由克罗德带领的军队冲入圣母院所杀，最后卡利摩多愤然将克罗德从教堂顶楼摔落地下，最后卡利摩多随之殉情。
这本书再现了四百多年前法王路易十一统治时期的真实历史。宫廷与教会如何狼狈为奸压道人民，人民怎样同两股势力英勇争斗的故事。而在我面前展现了贵族人的残酷、空虚的心灵和罪恶的情欲。让我清楚了人与人之间是平等的。
有一次，我和妈妈逛街。看到了一个又脏又丑的残疾人正在向路人讨钱，每个路人都用厌恶的眼神看了那个人，我的心不禁“动”了一下，正想把手中的钱给他，但脚仿佛装了铅似的，动不了。这时，有一位二十几的大姐姐不嫌脏的去为他披上一件衣服……
是啊，在我们现在的社会大家庭中，人不分尊卑贵贱，每个人都有被帮助的时候，所以，但他人需要帮助的时候，请伸出我们可爱的双手吧，因为人与人这件应该是互相尊重，相互平等……

我飞快的打开电脑，手指在键盘上飞舞着，打出了”《两小儿辩日》翻译“几个字，不一会，边找出了自己想知道的答案，原来，意思是这样的啊：孔子向东游历，见到两个小孩在争辩，就问他们在争辩的原因。
一个小孩说：”我认为太阳刚升起的时候距离人近，而到正午的时候距离人远。“
另一个小孩认为太阳刚升起的时候距离人远，而到正午的时候距离人近。
一个小孩说：”太阳刚出来升起的时候大得像车盖。到了正午就像圆盘一样大，这不是远的时候小而近的时候大的道理吗？“

我有幸读了《使人成为人》这本书，读完之后感触颇深。这本书讲述的一桩桩骇人听闻的青少年犯罪，一件件触目惊心的校园暴力事件，这些现象毕竟是少数，但实在是令人震惊、令人心痛！痛定思痛。作为一名教师，我想了很多，在平时的教学工作中，我们注重了学生的学习成绩，忽视了道德教育、人文教育和心理健康教育。在今后的工作中，作为教师怎么样才能使教育做到“使人成为人！我认为应从应从以下方面做起：
一、 培养学生有正确的道德观
要使行为完善，就要有文化、有道德。只有道德才使人成为人。失去道德，人将变成动物。道德是人与动物相区别的本质特征。教育学生珍惜生活的幸福；教会学生自我保护；强化学生尊重生命、敬畏生命的本能意识；教会学生合理使用钱财；养成储蓄的习惯；教育学生学会欣赏别人，欣赏自己；帮助学生正确认识自我，教学生明白和意识自己的优点和过错。
二、 培养学生良好的道德风尚
当人们说，“要像爱自己一样地爱自己的亲人”时，这并不是说，你首先应该去爱一个人，然后再借助这种爱来对这个人行善。相反，一定要对自己的亲人行善，而这就会唤起你的仁爱之心。尽你可能对别人行善，这是一种义务，不管我们爱他们还是不爱他们；即使我们不得不承认一个可悲的'事实，即人类并不值得爱，这个义务也仍然有效。

年少时候，读莎翁的戏剧，看莎翁名著的电影，似乎都觉得听台词是如此的冗长，现在发觉，莎翁的东西，似乎不是写给少年人的，他的李尔王，麦克白，亨利四世，都在念着历史里的长调，漫漫的，幽幽的，沉淀着酸甜苦辣，然后，用一种抑扬顿挫的声音，感染那些能听到的人。
孙道临当年给《王子复仇记》配音的片段，偶尔还能在电视上看到，有时候想，这种戏剧式的夸张表演，对于现在这个时代来说，是多么的悠远，一句可以两三秒就完成的长句，在舞台上可能需要二十秒三十秒。但，放慢去听，放慢去体会，忽然发现，唯有戏剧舞台，方能表现莎翁句子的美丽。
这片子里的对白都按照莎翁舞台方式表演，很喜欢王子部下佩尼的那段独白，虽然身在实景之中，他的念白却显得格外自然。
这片子有很多轶事，比如被设计成为一对的佩尼和贝特里斯其实一对夫妻演的，虽然这对夫妻相伴没到老，这片子里，却还真的配合默契，据说当年正热恋之中。
至于演员的挑选颇有意思——这一个家族中，风度翩翩温文尔雅黑人老大，阴郁狡邪的老二是基努里维斯扮演，阳光少年老三克劳迪奥，则是《豪斯医生》里温文尔雅的一位，这片子里，他在婚礼上的咆哮，还真的很小男孩化。非常有意思的安排。
片子很老了，看完之后，颇有老年人听完一场依依呀呀热闹戏的感觉。热闹过去了，剩下的，只有莎士比亚那些优美的文辞。
虽然我并不完全同意莎翁写的那些句子，不过，既然是个男生自己写的，那就Let them go， 随它去吧。

读完这篇文章，我深深地感受到了基本功的重要性。我爱好乒乓球，深知基本功的重要。我的一个球友，就是因为刚开始基本功没有打扎实，在后来的各种技术的学习中，始终感到有些吃力，并最终导致整体水平比我们略逊一筹。基本功的重要性由此可见一斑。
学习也正是如此。语文的字词、数学的计算、英语的单词，都是基本功。而许多同学对这些都视而不见，没认真学习，所以在今后的学习中倍感吃力，甚至步步跟不上。初中阶段，正是我们打牢基础，练好基本功的阶段。我们要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印，把每一个知识点都学懂、学透，为今后的学习、生活打下坚实的基础。
