语言实习总结1
我是×××，从2011年3月到5月30日在榆树市第四小学进行了为期三个月的实习。在实习期间深受校领导的照顾和关怀，并在指导老师的带领下，认真负责做好各项业务工作，完成任务要求。在实习过程中，认真备课积极参与各项活动，指导老师和校领导给予了帮助和指导，指出不足和学习经验。
光阴似箭，岁月如梭。
一晃几个月的实习生活已经过去了，在几个月的实习过程中，我有着许多收获和欢乐，但也有着苦涩和教训。这些成功的经历将激励着我在以后的人生路上取得更大成绩，失败的经历将使我努力去改变自己不完美的地方，让自己在以后的日子里做好，这一切将成为我生命中最宝贵的财富。
一、实习进度
我的实习生活是从3月1日开始，到4月中旬，我所在班级的班主任老师，由于个人原因请假一个月，这使我有机会在刚进入学校的初期基本了解学生的情况及学校的管理模式外，能进一步接触班主任的班级管理工作，能更多地走进教学的课堂，丰富了我的实习工作。
刚开始我所讲的课都是指导老师给安排的，语文讲解一些比较简单的古诗、词及说理、写景的文章，数学讲讲基础课和一些练习课。由于是进入了一所较好的小学，老师都有着丰富的教学经验，刚进去有些不悦，压力好大，备课感觉不知如何更好的安排教学环节，为了保证第二天上课的质量，学课到10点。在一开始的几周内，备课都要到10点，真的很辛苦。
就这样通过近两周紧张而充实的适应，我逐渐学习和适应了学校工作的节奏，熟悉了学校的作息时间。另外，通过大量的与学生接触，逐渐地认识了他们，了解了他们的学习情况以及家庭状况，使自己的工作效率和上保质量也提高了，也使自己在指导老师的心目中的地位得到了极大的提升，得到指导老师的肯定与认可，自己非常开心。这一切让我深深体会到做任何事情都必须尽自己最大的努力，也只有尽了自己最大的努力，才能将工作做好，做扎实，才会收获成功的喜悦。
在整个实习过程中，让我走到了教学的第一线，深刻体会到教学工作的不易。
3月下旬到4月上旬，学校举行了观模课，每个年段每个班级每个科目都要讲课，这也给我的实习生活增添了不少色彩，使自己领悟到了如何讲解一堂好课，什么样的课算是一堂好课。学校的领导、主任及各年组的老师都要去听课，给老师增添了不少的压力，也给学生更好的表现机会，同时收获最多的还是我，使我能很好地去接近老师们，听他们讲课的语言，看他们的教态，学习他们如何来设计这节课，交流如何来管理班级……
二、实习收获
通过观模课的学习以及自己亲自走到教学第一线，使我认识到：
1、课前一定要认识到进行扎实的备课和精心准备的必要性，这样上课才会得心应手，有条不紊，不紧张。
2、课堂上要注意教学秩序和教学效率，如果课堂秩序很乱，将会直接导致学生接受效率不高，最重要的是影响成绩。
3、上课时态度要从容大方镇静，采取恰当的姿态语言帮助说话，从而使教者更加具有激情，调动课堂气氛，使学生在快乐的轻松氛围中学习。
4、注意运用启发式教学和巩固性原则，在教学过程中，启发和引导学生去探究和思索，从而完成本节课的教学任务和教学目标，而不是以往的“注入式”和“填鸭式”的教学方式。
5、在课后要主动虚心地征求指导老师的意见，以及重视学生的信息反馈，认真地做好自我分析、评价和总结，对指导教师的意见进行改进，为下一节课做好准备。
6、每一节课后，都精心选择份量适当的、难度适中的习题，并着眼于巩固学生知识培养技能，尤应注意发展学生的智力和创造才能的布置作业，对布置的作业及时检查，认真批改并分析研究学生完成作业的优缺点，批改作业时要给学生写批语，态度要慎重，保护学生学习的积极性。
在整个实习过程中，认真听取班主任介绍班主任工作在学校工作中的地位、作用和重要意义，尽快熟悉班主任的具体职责，掌握班主任工作的具体内容和特点，学习运用教育理论职业道德，和独立从事班主任工作能力，认真学习班主任的工作方法和经验。
1、维持日常秩序，保证课间的秩序，以及放午学和晚学的学生下楼的秩序，保证同学安全出校门。
2、开展主体班会，每周都要开展主体班会，对上周工作的总结和对上周工作不到位的地方的检讨，以及下周的工作安排，每周都要进行评比，都有标兵班、挂小红旗。
3、个别学生的教育工作，个个别学生不写作业，家长又没时间检查或没有在家乡身边的长托生，对他们进行正确的教育及感情思想交流，找明不写作业的原因，劝其改正、进行说服教育。
我原本是一个比较内向的人，不是很善于和别人交流沟通，总是喜欢独来独往，这种生活习惯也许在学校生活中不会产生太多的负面影响，但是在学校工作中，不是所有的工作都是自己处理就会把工作做好的。由于自己性格的原因吧，不能全面了解学生，总结教学经验，然而，与人交流沟通正是你全面了解学生，总结经验的良好途径，也是你总结班级管理与如何讲解知识的重要途径，也许我习惯了一个人独来独往的生活方式，用更多的自我思维代替相互交流。但是现代社会要求我们每个人学会相互交流和深入沟通，交流、沟通是一种智慧，养成一种良好处事的生活方式，我会慢慢地改变自己，让自己拥有交流的智慧，养成良好的处事方式，这一切不但是个人发展的需要，也是时代和社会发展的趋势。
三个月的实习让我体会到做一名老师的乐趣与辛苦，同时，他使我在课堂上学习的理论变为实践，使虚拟教学变为真正的面对教学。真是“实践出真知”啊!实习就像进了社会大熔炉一般，千淘万漉虽辛苦，就算被磨炼得遍体鳞伤，也要摩拳擦掌，在实习中逐渐变得有能力、有信心。
实习陪伴我经受了挫折，也经受了快乐!
这次实习给予了我很多，今后我将保持认真负责的态度，高尚的思想道德情操，进一步完善和充实自己，争取在今后的学习中更好的完善自己，在以后的实习中、工作中更好的运用自己，做一名对社会有用的人。

光阴似箭，岁月如梭，四个月的实习生活就要结束了，在实习期间，引用白岩松的一句名言就是“痛并快刻着”。这种难能可贵的经历敦促我进步、成长，在实习中我收获了许多在学校从未学过的知识，在此我向实习学校的领导和老师以及学生致以我深深的感谢。成功的经历将激励着我在以后的人生路上取得更大成绩，失败的经历将使我努力去改变自己不完美的地方，让自己在以后的日子里奋发向上，这一切都将成为我生命中最宝贵的财富。
在教学方面，通过实习，我将书本学到的知识运用到教学实际中，发现了自己在教学工作方面的优缺点，积累了实践的经验。并争取在以后的教育实践中发挥利用自己的长处，克服自己的不足，从而不断改进自己的教学，提高教学质量，使我更好地胜任教师这个角色。通过与学生的接触，逐渐地认识了他们，了解了他们的学习情况以及家庭状况，使自己的工作效率和质量得到提高。这一切让我深深体会到“一分耕耘一分收获”，只有尽了自己最大的努力，才能将工作做扎实，才会收获成功的喜悦。
在整个实习过程中，我从听课备课到讲课，深刻体会到教学工作的不易。期间，我认识到以下几点：
1、善于学习、乐于学习
教学是一个很个性化的过程，每个老师都有属于自己的教学方法、教学风格，有着自己的独到之处，在教学实践中善于与其他老师的交流、听其他老师的课、从其他老师的课堂中学习、虚心地向其他老师请教，这要比自己盲目地摸索要直接、更省力、更见效。
2、吃透教材，把握好教学内容和教学重难点，做好备课工作
备课时，要知道这课教学内容是什么，教学的重难点又是什么，结合教学参考书和学生的实际与练习再来备教材，挖掘教材到位，抓得准，挖得深，这样在教学时才会有清晰的思路。对于在教学过程中无法串起来的部分可以请教一些有经验的老师。
3、及时巩固，查缺补漏
在小学低年级段，教学内容并不多也相对较容易，大部分的.学生都能很快地掌握。但即使出色的课堂仍会有学生没学懂，仍会出现学生一知半解的现象，学生会很快地遗忘，通过练习与作业及时巩固，查缺补漏，是非常有必要的，而每一次的课堂小练习、每一次的单元小测试都是一个很好的查缺补漏的机会。
这次的实习生活让我获益匪浅，并使我爱上了教师这一光荣的职业。实习，不仅是我人生中一段珍贵的记忆，更是我另一段人生的起点，我相信在未来的路上我会做的很好。现在，实习结束了。期间我认识到了自身的不足，我们不能只从书本上看“教学”，而也要在实际中“教书”，面向实际。作为一名即将毕业的师范生，我将会在未来的日子努力提高自身的素质，时刻为成为一个好老师而努力。
语言实习总结3
作为汉语言文学专业的学生，教育实习是本科教育中的实践环节，也是今后工作的预演，起着举足轻重的作用。20xx年9月10日我们36名师范生从学校出发，前往XX县高级中学，进行为期3周的教育实习活动。现在，实习结束了，我也学到了很多东西，感触良多。从20xx年9月10日至20xx年9月30日，已经圆满完成了各项实习任务，并取得了良好的工作成绩。现在，我将这次活动的具体情况总结如下：
一、学校初体验
来到XX县高级中学的第一印象就是这里的校园很宽阔，地面很干净，绿化也很好，整体环境也比较好。住的地方虽然挤了点儿，但总算是安顿下来了。收拾过后，去学生餐厅吃了午饭。这里的饭菜真的很不错，借用我们中的一个男生的话就是：“量大份足，经济实惠，一心打算来过苦日子，准备减肥，这下只能放弃了。”中午短暂的小憩过后，我们来到了学校的报告厅，这里的校长给我们强调了几点纪律要求：①不要随意乱跑，以免发生安全问题，一旦有人出事将中止本次实习活动;②严格遵守学校的作息时间;③不要和学生走得太近，以免分别时学生们情绪波动，对于日后的管理带来不必要的麻烦;④由于怕打乱学校的正常教学秩序，我们刚来就先跟着指导老师听课，最后一周的时候安排我们上讲台。我们专业的6个人去的是高一语文组。来到语文组，随意分配了指导老师，我们便都开始了实习生的生活，开始给老师改“导学案”和小作文，第一天的下午刚来就慢慢进入了状态。整体感觉办公室的老师们都很热情，对我们也很客气，大家就这样融洽的开始了实习生活。
二、实习进行时
每天早晨不到06:00就在校园广播的歌声中渐渐苏醒过来，简单收拾过后便走、向餐厅，满足的吃过早饭就径直走向办公室。每逢一、三、五都是语文早读，我们也跟随指导老师去班里，有时抽查背诵，有时在教室里走动，看学生是否有需要解决的问题。同时，监督他们学习，维持早读秩序。每次抽查背诵都是以小组为单位，如果有人没有背会就把他先挑出来，之后再去考。每次班里总有几个学生背诵不过关。我的指导老师的惩罚措施是让他们把课文抄写五遍并交上来，之后还要考察，直到每个人都完成任务。这种方法做到了对班上的每一个人都负责，特别是对于后进生，让他们努力赶上，不落在后面。高一刚开始就培养他们布置的任务每个学生都必须完成，没有人例外的习惯，这对他们日后良好学习习惯的养成很有帮助。
记得第一天去听课，我就听了三个不同老师的课堂，他们所带的学生情况各不相同，分别是实验班、重点班和普通班。不同的老师有不同的教学风格，而我也收获颇多。我发现现在的课堂学生才是主体，老师只是起一个引导和补充的作用，大多数课堂时间都是学生通过小组讨论来提出并解决问题的，这与传统的教师一个人唱独角戏大不相同，启发式教育有利于培养学生独立自主思考、分析、解决问题的能力。去了三个班级，我也听出了区别，实验班、重点班和普通班的上课氛围大不相同。前两个班的课堂气氛比较活跃，学生也勇于发言，而后面这个班的生与老师的配合不太好，学生做不到积极主动，跟不上老师的节奏。这也启示我在以后的教学活动中要充分调动学生的积极性、主动性。多与学生互动，抓住课堂环节，鼓励学生勇于发言，自信、大胆地为自己代言。
那天正好是周四，我参加了他们的“语文教研组会议”，了解了高中语文教学的严谨性，体会到了学校对教师的严格要求和对学生的高度负责，这个是我以前所不知道的。我一直以为老师教什么内容都是自己可以控制的，孰不知他们也要遵循年级组规定的一系列要求，如果违反了，处罚力度也是相当大的。其中请病假都要扣分，我顿时觉得要当一个语文老师也是很不容易的。从会议中了解到高一年级的教学主要在搞一个叫“课课清”的目标，就是每节课上课前把学习任务和内容以“导学案”的形式设计出来，学生提前预习并完成上面的习题。这样既明确了每天的学习任务，又达到了预习的目的。
每个周的周一下午，语文组的所有老师还要开一个“互研会”，主要是对上周教学工作在形式和方法上的总结，每个老师都要说自己的情况。同时，对于这个周所讲课程的进度、方式等进行探讨。我觉得这种方式可以有效提升教学活动的质量，值得学习。
语言实习总结4
在平安堡当老师顶岗实习的两个月让我学会了很多，成长了很多。
第一次从学生的角色转变为老师的角色，最初的几天很不适应，初出茅庐的我拿着教务主任给我的两本英语书，有点不知所措，首先自己不是学英语专业出身，其次在此之前并没有正儿八经的上过讲台，我开始四处求助，向办公室里的老师们请教，他们不约而同的告诉我一句话“讲多了，就不紧张了”也正是这句再普通不过的话，让我开始了两个月的老师生涯，明白再优秀的老师也是经验积累的过程。
第一节课让我终身难忘。我并没有给他们将这门课的相关知识，而是和同学们聊起天来，自我介绍，永远记得孩子们眼中的那份好奇和神秘。在他们看来我是最不像老师的老师，更像朋友，因为我明白初中生正处于成长的转型期，叛逆、反抗成为他们这个年龄段的代名词，如果从第一天起他们就视我为朋友，那接下来的日子我们会很融洽而愉快的度过。
有了一个相对成功的开始，接下来的日子便轻松了很多，这种轻松并不是教学任务的轻松，而是合作起来的相对轻松，我布置的作业他们都很乐意的完成，时而的奖惩措施在他们身上也很奏效，他们都努力的成为前五名，努力拿到我奖给的棒棒糖。我所带的班级就在这样快乐的气氛中学习，有时放的英文歌竟也成了给他们最好的礼物，从讨厌到喜欢，从不会二十六个英文字母到能用英语简单的介绍自己，他们在进步，我也在进步。他们很乐意给我讲当地的特色小吃，特色农业，甚至是特色寒冷的天气。我明白师生可以做朋友，老师的身份也没有那么畏惧，这种融洽不是在降低自己反而是在提升自己。
我开始适应自己在这里的生活，除了教课，我习惯于这里每天的酸咸菜，习惯于戴上口罩去迎接外面的夹杂着冰粒的白毛风，习惯于坐在办公室里捂得严严实实判作业，又时不时的和同事开一两个玩笑，我是办公室最年轻的老师，也是那些老老师眼中的开心果，我乐意给他们跑腿，乐意帮他们判作业，相对于他们的厌烦，我更积极主动地喜欢着。
在这的生活，觉得日子过得并不慢，实习生活也没有想象中的那么难，我把他是为我生命中难得的体验，于是更觉得弥加珍贵，不太想写我离开的那一刻，因为我和我的学生都很舍不得，也许生活就是这样，从畏惧到适应再到难舍难分，我们体验着每一个阶段的精彩！

语言实习总结5
10月10日至11月18日是我们实习生远行的日子，我被分到咸阳市礼泉二中，也就是咸阳市礼泉县的一所高中，同行的有哲学系、数学系、美术系、物理系的实习生。带队教师的是张公社老师，小队组长是长孙大盟。
10月10日下午到达礼泉二中，当时下着小雨，心里头还挺担心的，害怕一会儿雨大着，我的行李被淋湿，东西太多了，令人不免心寒，毕竟长途于此,所有人的住宿都是在学生公寓，晚上还没有电，经大盟组长的反映，才解了照明的危急，铺盖铺好了，人倒也放松了点，然而心一直悬着,外面小雨似乎越下越大,第二天下午才开会，分到了指导班主任和指导老师，和两位不同面孔的老师握完手后，觉得挺亲切的，这就开始了为期近40天的上岗工作，蛮好奇而又不失认真。
我的指导班主任是刘勇老师，他本人带高二七班班主任，也就是说我是高二七班的代理班主任，是他的外援。10月12日是星期三，我在刘老师的带领下，来到我们班，刘老师热情地叫大家欢迎我，征求我向同学自我价绍，我点头同意，以代理班主任的身份向大家作以简介。
我系统而简明扼要的介绍了自己，了解到在礼泉二中学校实习的每年的学生不只有咱们文理学院学生，还有渭南师范和咸阳师范的学生，包括为期三个月实习的陕西师范院校的实习生。我也了解到高二七班是一个普通班，非重点班，知道自己身上的重任，士不可以不弘毅，任重而道远。在未来的数天里，要紧跟班级，不可擅自离岗，或迟到，要以身作则。我给大家讲了我在文理学院四年的大学生活，大学学习，大学的娱乐活动，生动形象而不失简洁模式，只听见同学们不停地鼓掌，很热情，也很好奇，至少比我的好奇心还强烈。最后我诚恳地希望大家配合我的实习工作，希望大家珍惜眼前的，大胆设想未来的，疏浚思路，明白今天路在何方，树立好伟大的志向，走好人生的过程，在同学们的掌声中结束了这第一次小型的班会。
我的指导老师是张老师，叫张思民，是一位快退休的、有着长期工龄，经验丰富的老教师，他本人已从事教书35载，主要教思想政治，为人和蔼可亲。因为年龄交叉的缘故，我们谈得很投机，谈了他们那个时候缺粮缺钱的年代，而刚好也是我最感兴趣的话题，在家里常听爷爷奶奶说起以前的苦日子，那个时代最苦，成就一个人的机会太少了，张老师家里目前情况还行，一儿一女，儿女都已工作，且已成家立业，他本人的手续也算交代了，这可谓是一般人想都不敢想，让我本人领悟到的是：人生是带着苦难而来的。
张老师见我性情也稳重，也很关心，在接下来的日子里，我就忙于听课，我们是一群没有实战教学经验的实习生，只能先靠听课，去总结别人的科目老师的上课经验，来提高自己。紧张的备课工作也在继续着。
在多次听课的基础下，我获益匪浅。每天坚持6点起床，跟班时间是6:30~7:20，高二没有安排上操，所以我跟班的任务基本是陪学生上早读，给他们领读英语单词。因为我本人四级英语过了，六级考了两次都差分，下来考第三次，自己的英语水平还行，可以给学生提供更多的帮助，也有利于交流互动，和同学们做得最好的就是交流，把我所知道的，蜻蜓点水，慢慢的绽放给他们。
我在多次听课的基础下，积累的经验也有很大的空间资料，完全够我上课所用。我讲的是思想政治第十章，最后一章，因为马上高二高一要期中考试，所以我利用听课以外的时间将本章的教案整理出来，分六个课时完成，每个课时45分钟，第一节课时，张老师听课，我当然也很紧张，但走上讲台以后，所有的紧张感都不复存在，先复习了上一节，“文化发展中，社会主义核心价值体系的基本内容”，然后慢慢地请同学回答，再导入新课，让同学先浏览课文，再回答我所提出的问题，就这样一总一结，多次互动完成了本节课的教学内容。课后我也长吁了一口气。
课后与张老师的交流中，他本人很赞成，也许是年龄大的问题，他口里一直不停的说,好，时间也把握的好。实质上，我上课之前，将时间已分段，我把45分钟，分为三段， 前七分钟复习上一节内容，中间三十分钟上新课，后八分钟做本节课的总结，手机就放在课桌上，以供我看时方便。接下来的课就上得很顺利，但有一点不满意的是，课一旦重复讲，人就烦了，在这个班讲，又要在那个班重复，人就失去了原有的热情，令人很烦，也令人很头疼，尤其是干一件重复的事，好的是，坚持到底。
终于三十多天的时间已过完，很充实，很有成就感，尤其是与同学们打成了一片，期间，班里有的同学给我送来了礼泉县自己家里的苹果，让人很感动，礼泉县本来就是一个苹果乡，主要的产品是苹果。在这即将离开的几天里，我都感觉到我本人皮肤都好多了，因为这些同学热心送的苹果,想念的，永远是逝去的时间，高中，我的高中，那个时候，我的一片硝烟。
这就是这四十天我实习所得的实实在在的东西，很有实战经验，在临走时，同学们来送我们上车，还真有点留恋，舍不得走了，就永远走了，带着40天地实习经验所得，我相信，在即将面临的工作中，我会做得很好，只要我们相信，我们的信心，我们的所得。
