各位领导、各位老师、同学们：
从前段时间的学习情况来看，我们大部分同学都是很认真学习，自觉完成老师布置的学习任务的。就拿午练来说吧，很多班级的同学早早地回到学校做老师布置的午练题，我从办公室的监控视频里看到，特别是六（2）班和六（9）班回来的人数最多，而且回来的同学都很认真地在做老师布置的练习，根本不需要老师在哪里监督，也不会有同学在哪里追逐打闹，希望你们继续发扬。但我也发现一些做得不够好的地方。下面我就根据这些情况，对大家提几点要求。
一、要学会做人。
做一名合格的小学毕业生，就必须具备一定的道德素质，同学间要团结互助，遵守学校的规章制度，刻苦学习，在文明礼仪上为低年级同学做出榜样，做到先成人再成才。同学们，成绩不如人不要紧，品质不如人可是很糟糕的事情。从老师反映的情况看，我们有一小部分同学对自己要求不严，不但无心向学，还在课堂上故意违反纪律，扰乱同学的学习。这种同学，他自以为得意，其实他不知道其他同学有多讨厌他，只是他们不说而已。因为他的做法，不但不尊重老师的劳动，也在浪费其他同学宝贵的学习时间。在这里，我想对这些同学说：如果你连怎样尊重人都不会，在学校，老师和同学可以宽容你，但以后出来社会工作，你的同事、你的老板还会宽容你吗？对这些屡教不改的同学，我看还要把他的这种行为写进他的档案里，让他的中学老师也知道他的臭毛病。
二、要确定适当的目标。
有些同学因为学习没有目标，上课开小差，讲话，作业不会就抄，所以学习成绩差。同学们要记住，学习永远是你自己的事，不是父母的事，也不是老师的事。学习需要有目标，确定了目标，你就有了学习的方向，学习就会有动力，你就会朝着这个目标努力！当然每个人的学习基础、学习能力都有所不同，不可能每个人都考100分。适当的目标就是根据你自己的实际，定出符合你的比平时成绩要高一点的学习目标。比如，平时你的测验成绩都是三四十分的，那你的目标定合格就行了，不需要定得太高，定得太高，反而会让你失去信心。只要有进步，你就是好样的。在这里，我想表扬一下六（10）班的`雪莹同学。她因为身体的原因，缺了差不多两个月的课。但因为她想学好，所以她上课非常认真，每节课都目不转睛、全神贯注地瞪着老师上课，生怕听漏、看漏了什么，而且她还虚心地向同学和老师请教，尽可能把缺了的知识补上，由于她自己的努力，在第三单元的数学测验中她考了87分的好成绩。所以我希望你们向她学习，学习她“我要学好”的这种精神。同时也希望同学们从今天起，都给语文、数学和英语定一个你的学习目标，并朝着这个目标努力，争取期末的毕业考试把这个目标实现了。
三、要有好的“学习习惯”。
1、要合理安排好学习时间。就是说你做任何事情都不能盲目，要分清主次，今天该做什么，要完成什么学习任务，要心中有数，该学习的时候要学习，该放松的时候要放松。比如课间休息时间，你就没必要继续坐在教室里做练习了，应该出去走廊走一走，活动活动，看看远处绿色的植物，伸展一下你的筋骨，为下一节课的学习提一提神。又比如大脑经过一个晚上的休息，早上的记忆力比较好，早读课你可以读一读语文要背的课文或者数学的计算公式，英语的单词。星期六、星期天的作业不要留到最后一刻才去完成等等。
2、要听从老师的教导，认真学好每一科。如果你们上课认真听课了，会收到事半功倍的效果，会胜过你们课后花很多时间去做许多习题。相反就会事倍功半。上课认真听讲很重要，老师留的作业也要保质保量地完成。因为老师布置的作业是根据教材和你们的实际情况，有针对性地进行训练的。特别是后段时间我们要进行的三次模拟考试，一定要听清楚老师讲的要求，尤其是答题卡该怎样去涂。因为答题卡上的答案是由电脑去扫描的，假如你知道正确答案，但涂得不符合要求，你也是不能得分的。还有就是你们考试的座号要记住，因为考试时每间课室只能坐30人，每个班要分开2个甚至3个试室才能坐得完，这个座号就跟平时的座号不同了，如果你写错了座号，你的成绩就变成其他同学的了。
3、要学会改进学习方法。有的同学可能会问：我也整天在埋头苦学呀，但为什么学习成绩就是上不来呢？其实学习方法和效率是很重要的。现在是复习阶段，我们的复习步骤一般是先分类复习，然后综合测试。所以同学们要随着老师的复习步骤，将我们小学阶段的知识内容进行梳理，及时查漏补缺，争取每一个知识点都过关，如果不这样的话，你不会的知识就会越积越多，最后导致你的成绩上不来。俗话说得好：磨刀不误砍柴工，同学们在复习时还要花一点时间分析自己需要加强的地方，而不是一味的`做题、修改。比如：数学科，拿到试卷首先要找出自己丢分的地方在哪，并把它记录下来。如果是计算题丢分较多的，你就要分析一下，如果是因为马虎而丢分，你就得多做题，而且是在规定时间内做一定的题目，提高计算的正确率。如果是应用题丢分多，就请教老师或同学解题的方法，而不是只把答案抄上去。掌握方法还要学会举一反三，因为考试题在书外，知识点却在书中。
人生苦短，弹指一挥间，用到学习上起码要用掉四分之一的光阴，我们应该把这四分之一的时间用好，学会做人，学会做事。最后，我请同学们永远记住《桃愿》里的话“你付出多少，就会收获多少”，“盲羊补牢为时未晚”。同学们，机会是属于有准备的人，成功是属于勤奋好学的人。

大家下午好！今天很高兴参加六年级的备考动员会。
小考的铃声渐行渐近，六月的丰收翘首企盼。六年级的学习已进入冲刺阶段，屈指一算，2015年小考只有短短的93天了。今天，我们在这里召开六年级复习备考动员会，也是誓师大会。
亲爱的同学们：芦台二小在你们的人生中即将成为过去，你们在二小，你们以二小为荣，你们出二小，二小以你们为荣。你们的人生还要经历中考，要努力考入芦台一中；还要经历高考，要努力考入自己梦想的大学。
在这复习备考的紧张时刻，我衷心希望大家在以下四个方面去努力。
一、以饱满的热情和忘我的状态投入复习。这里有四层意思。
一是要有良好的精神状态投投入学习，变要我学为我要学，变被动学为主动学，要找到时不我待的感觉，要表现出心潮澎湃的激情。二是要有务实的态度。不能做说话的巨人，行动的矮子。喊破嗓子不如做出样子，想入非非不如实实在在地解几个题或写几篇文章或记忆几个知识点。三是要高效地学习，拖拖踏踏不行，磨磨蹭蹭不行，杂乱无章、没有头绪也不行。四是要静心，执着专著。惜时如金，万念归一。排除干扰，心无杂念。盯准目标，毫不动摇。特别是应该暂时告别电脑手机，不再上网玩游戏。
二、以顽强的毅力和无畏的精神战胜困难。
不同的学生有不同的学业基础，对于基础差的同学，要在短时间内有很大提高，仍然不是一件很容易的事，没有勇气不行，没有毅力不行，没有豪气和霸气不行。自暴自弃，更为人所不耻。复习备考是一件很辛苦的事，成功只亲睐那些百折不挠、锲而不舍的人。我们不求你卓越于群，但你必须通过努力卓越于你原来的自己。不管成功是否有我，但努力必须有我。
三、以科学的方法和应试的策略提高成绩。
时间是个常数，时间的利用率是个变数。科学的方法会使你如虎添翼，愚蠢的做法会让你劳而无功，甚至得不偿失。具体说：一是仍然要在课堂上下功夫，把每一节课上好。二是归类整理，找出薄弱环节（木桶盛水的多少在于短板的长度）。语数英三个学科也是如次，要往薄弱的学科多用力。三是清理过去作业和考试中出现的错误，做到“题不二错”。四是不耻下问，把老师揪住不放，刨根问底求真知。我希望天天看到六年级的同学总在围着老师问问题。五是按照老师的要求复习，不搞偏题怪题，不钻牛角尖。六是践行“字斟句酌，规范答题，卷面洁美，用足时间”的应考策略。
四、以良好的品行和优异的学业回报母校。
良好的品德修养是人生的基石，是走向成功之路的敲门砖。具体说就是要严格自律，遵守校纪校规，给学弟学妹们留下值得回味的美好记忆。六年级的同学们过来的表现，老师很满意，希望最后的93三天更优秀。第二是学业。有考试就必然有成绩，分数面前人人平等。母校的老师六年心血，所图的就是所培养的学生品行端庄，能以优异的文化课成绩进入高一级学校深造。这也是你们对老师、对母校最好的回报。你们的上一届学生，在去年的小考中，取得了全县第三名的好成绩。你们该怎么办？
希望同学们好好计划这93天，明天学校还要召开你们的家长会，共同研究如何能确保你们全身心投入到学习上，取得都满意的成绩。

关于三人行必有师：希望同学们在学习的过程中，要不耻下问，多和同学交流学习的方法，探讨学习上的各种问题，共同携手共同进步。
关于见贤思齐：孔子曾说过：“见贤思齐焉，见不贤而内自省也。”意思是见到有道德有才能的人，就想向他学习、看齐。见到不讲道德的人而要认真反思自己，有没有这种不良思想。

过了一会儿，又听见有咚咚咚的声音，同学以为老师来了，串位的同学连忙回到自己的原位；喝水的连忙把水放到抽屉里；看漫画的连忙收起自己心爱的连环画。同学们慌忙地拿起了英语书专兴致志的读了起来，连书拿反了也知道。
这时，门打开了，同学们一看，原来是班上的捣蛋鬼在做恶作剧，他趁同学们不注意，偷偷地跑到了门口，把门带上，然后在折身返回。直等到这个同学哈哈大笑时，同学们才知道我们上了他的当。教室里依然弥漫着笑浪。我们还是在教室里哈哈大笑。这里仿佛不是教室，而是我们自由自在的王国。

A retired teacher received many letters from his former students, one of which was read as not only a thank-you note for his inspirational teaching in his mathematical class, but a warm comfort for his poor physical condition.
Reading the passage, I’m touched and link my memory to the most supportive mentor of my own -- Mr. Xu, an experienced Chinese teacher, was in charge of my class in Senior Three. As the senior year is characterized by running a tight schedule on everyday basis, we students were loaded with heavy coursework, frequent quiz and exams, and pressured by our parents’ high expectations. Increasingly, I felt a need to consult with Mr. Xu on reducing the amount of our workload so that we could be given more time to digest what we had learned over the past couple years.

Is Watching TV a Good Thing
Television has changed people's life much since it was invented. Now it has become an important part of modem life.

Use of Free Time
With the working hours becoming shorter and shorter and holidays becoming longer and longer, how to spend the leisure time has become a hot topic.

Li Ming and I took part in a wilderness survival program yesterday,which has become an unforgettable experience.
Yesterday morning we wore strong and comfortable shoes, carried backpacks with the necessities in them and went to the mountain. We climbed a hill. On the top we saw a direction mark, which told us where to go. Down the hill, we came to a river. There were no boats but we had to cross it. Luckily, both of us had learned how to swim. But we shouldn't make our things in the backpacks wet. Seeing a piece of board, I got an idea. We put our backpacks on the board and swam in the water pushing the board. When getting to the other bank, with the compass we found north in which direction we walked half an hour. Finally, we arrived at the campsite. We set up a tent and made a bonfire.
The two of us spent the night in the forest.
We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I'll never forget for the rest of my life.

Wealth has always been what some people long for. It is true that most of them try to acquire wealth by means of honest labour. Their efforts contribute to the welfare of the society and at the same time to the accumulation of their wealth, and hence to their happiness.
There is no doubt that wealth brings happiness, especially in the modern society. Various kinds of up-to-date household appliances, latest fashions and recreations make their appearance with each passing day. All this makes our life more comfortable and colourful. Therefore, without money we cannot turn admiration into reality.
But there are exceptions when wealth does not go hand in hand with happiness.
