To many people even the word “work” sounds unpleasant ,not necessarily because they are lazy.The same man,who dislikes his job in the factory or even in the office ,may work hard at the weekend ,painting the house or digging the garden.

What is the reason ,then?In most cases ,it is because these people simply do not enjoy the Job they are doing .It does not give them any real satisfaction. It may be quite easy,like making up wooden boxes, but it is very boring. Very often they are doing a job which is just a small part of a much larger one ,such as attaching a door handle to a car. But the part they play in actually making the car is so small that they can never say: I have made something !

It is reported that thirty volunteers to be sent to the Mars who are at least 18 years old will be chosen from all the globe by the year of 2015. The volunteers must make a full preparation that there is almost no chance to return to the earth once they are immigrated to the Mars. What’s more, it is greatly important for them to try to keep a good relationship with other members. Experts strongly warned that the living conditions on the Mars are very hard, for not only the extremely cold climate would they meet with, but also loneliness and fear. On the contrary , the volunteers insist that they have got tired of the life on the earth, so greatly being eager to experience the unknown, mysterious life on the Mars; meanwhile, if the would be succeeded , they would get the honor to be heroes of human beings.

There is no doubt that what a cleaner does is more harder compared with any other jobs in the society. On one hand, they must get up in the early morning every day to clean the street while we are sill in the sweet sleeping dreams. On the other hand, they also suffer from less respect and lower pay, working all day on the street no matter it is sun shines strongly or snow, wind heavily.

Nobody could imagine what an bad environment we would live in if there were no cleaners in the city. Wherever we go, there is rubbish. Maybe we would soon be drowned in the mountain of rubbish. Even worse, if there were no change about that, diseases would spread at a very quick speed. Is there anything that can be worse than this!

From the above, I can draw the conclusion safely that even the smallest and the most ordinary job, such as cleaning the street is also the necessary part to keep the society going smoothly. Consequently, those who do those most insignificant微不足道的jobs should get respected as much as those being engineers or doctors.

A retired teacher received many letters from his former students, one of which was read as not only a thank-you note for his inspirational teaching in his mathematical class, but a warm comfort for his poor physical condition.

Reading the passage, I’m touched and link my memory to the most supportive mentor of my own -- Mr. Xu, an experienced Chinese teacher, was in charge of my class in Senior Three. As the senior year is characterized by running a tight schedule on everyday basis, we students were loaded with heavy coursework, frequent quiz and exams, and pressured by our parents’ high expectations. Increasingly, I felt a need to consult with Mr. Xu on reducing the amount of our workload so that we could be given more time to digest what we had learned over the past couple years.

Unlike some of the stern supervisors, Mr. Xu was open-minded and patient enough to allow me to raise the above argument. “Besides the study efficiency,” he added with a friendly simile, “I also concern for your morale and well-being. So don’t you worry; I’ll talk to other teachers and see what we can do to help the class decompress.” Thanks to his approval and consistent support, we systematically adjusted our pacing and stayed upbeat in preparation for the college entrance examination.

A teacher can be influential in either positive or negative ways. In my observation, a good teacher can bring out the best of his students while a bad teacher may, regrettably, affect the young mind in most discouraging manners.

Is Watching TV a Good Thing

Television has changed people's life much since it was invented. Now it has become an important part of modem life.

People enjoy themselves after hard work by Watching TV. They can see some plays, some stories,some sports matches without going out of home, and without spending much money in buying tickets. TV programmes make people's life more interesting.

People learn much from TV. Students can study by watching some educational programmes. People can see news, weather reports; programmes about science and computers. People all over the world can learn from each other and get knowledge when they are watching TV.

Use of Free Time

With the working hours becoming shorter and shorter and holidays becoming longer and longer, how to spend the leisure time has become a hot topic.

The use of free time often discloses much about one's tastes, values, interests and personality. Some may take to the humanities: literature, magic, art, and they might be interested in movies and television. Others participate in sports, politics, voluntary work or hobbies at home. Li Ming and I took part in a wilderness survival program yesterday,which has become an unforgettable experience.

Yesterday morning we wore strong and comfortable shoes, carried backpacks with the necessities in them and went to the mountain. We climbed a hill. On the top we saw a direction mark, which told us where to go. Down the hill, we came to a river. There were no boats but we had to cross it. Luckily, both of us had learned how to swim. But we shouldn't make our things in the backpacks wet. Seeing a piece of board, I got an idea. We put our backpacks on the board and swam in the water pushing the board. When getting to the other bank, with the compass we found north in which direction we walked half an hour. Finally, we arrived at the campsite. We set up a tent and made a bonfire.

The two of us spent the night in the forest.

We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I'll never forget for the rest of my life.

除了有美丽的风景以外，当然还有四川最宝贵的动物，国宝——熊猫。进入熊猫馆，原本以为熊猫那看起来笨拙的胖胖的身材根本不可能爬树，可没想到熊猫还是个爬树高手呢!目测大概5、6米的大树，熊猫爬了上去，并且来去自如，可真令人刮目相看。熊猫会爬树，还很会吃竹子。熊猫拿起工作人员为它准备的竹子，把鲜嫩的竹叶从有些难咬的竹杆上捋下来，然后把竹杆丢掉，享受它辛苦弄下的竹叶美食。看到这些憨态可掬，胖胖的大熊猫，也着实令人很难想到，刚出生的小熊猫仅仅只有三四寸，熊猫馆里有两三个保温箱，那是小熊猫们的摇篮，看到这些连毛都没有长齐的小熊猫，让人心里顿生怜爱。

离别了这个美丽而又充满欢乐的地方，心里有些许依依不舍，但是也收获，学习到了很多。

在没学羽毛球之前，我觉得这没什么难的。可是当我学了之后，才知道要学会它，也是要下一定的苦功夫的。刚开始学的时候，爸爸说：“雯雯，咱们先练发球吧。”爸爸首先给我做了示范，我学着爸爸的样子，左手拿球，右手握拍。可是，小小的羽毛球一点也不听我的指挥，老是调皮地躲开拍子，落在地上。不一会儿，我就心烦气燥起来。这时，爸爸语重心长地对我说：“做什么事情，都不要着急，要有恒心，才能取得成功。”并告诫我说：“你一定要注意，在抛球的同时，球拍要接着跟上，这样球才会落在拍子上。”听了爸爸的一席话，我羞愧地低下了头。通过一次又一次的刻苦练习，我终于掌握了发球的技巧。

接着爸爸又开始让我练习接球，这下可更难了。明明看着球过来了，我举着拍子去接，可是却总是扑个空。这只小小的羽毛球还时不时地打在我的鼻子上、脸上、额头上。“呜呜呜……”气死我了。

经过爸爸孜孜不倦地教诲和我的勤学苦练，没过几天，我打起球来就接发自如了。现在还能跟爸爸打上几个回合了。看着“小白鸽”在我和爸爸之间来回穿梭，东游游，西逛逛，我真是开心极了!

在这个暑假里，我有着很多的收获，其中令我最高兴的就是我学会了下半年的英语知识。其实在没放假时我就想学了，一放暑假就开班了。

一开始，觉得很累，后来就习惯了。其实我真觉得很累。我没天要写学校留的作业，又要写补习班的作业，写完后手就酸了。不过，我每天都拼命的背，就怕错的多，还要挨老师的骂，毎天看到老师在骂听写不好的学生就害怕自己也在里面，可最后我的努力没有白费，我学会了全部知识。

今天是暑假里最后一节古筝课，吃过午饭，我像平常一样戴上指甲，背上水杯，走出家门。

一出门，我“哇”了一声，天好热啊，外面火辣辣的太阳照着大地，像蒸笼一样，让人喘不过气来。但是妈妈依然骑着电车，把我送到了学古筝的教室。

老师一段一段地教，我一段一段地学，其中有一段，我怎么都弹不好，不一会儿，我便垂头丧气地，提不起一点儿兴趣了。老师看到后并没有批评我，而是温柔地说：“别灰心，你一定能行的！”听了老师的话，我重新鼓起了信心弹了起来，一遍又一遍，下课了，我还在练，终于，功夫不负有心人，我练成了！老师高兴地对我说：“我就知道你能行的，你真棒！”我高兴地冲出了教室，与小朋友们一起分享这次成功的喜悦。

手工制作环保大赛，我得了一等奖，免费去夏令营玩了两天；校信通“读四大名著，度快乐暑假”的活动我获得了一百元的图书和最终大奖，还不知道能不能去香港迪斯尼和香港大学呢！好激动。

我看的书籍有：《狼王梦》、《小鹿班比》、《那个骑轮箱来的蜜儿》......正在听小说单田芳讲的《花木兰》。

我还学会了滑滑板，而且越来越熟练了，在院中经常和小朋友一起比赛。

我的毛笔字写的也不错，每一张都工工整整，一笔一划，爸爸说：“不错！快赶上我的字了！”我知道爸爸是在鼓励我，我知道我的字还需努力，我一定会超过我爸爸的字。

我收获最大就要数写博文了，妈妈说我的作文写的越来越好了，通过写博文我的写作水平也在慢慢的提高，同学们老师们都会给我评语，都是一些鼓励我的话语，在这里我谢谢大家。

这个暑假我过得快乐而充实。

暑假眼看就要结束了，真有些舍不得。不过回过头来想一想，除了玩得痛快以外，还真有几项收获值得回味呢!

收获一：8月1日，妈妈在网上知道晚上有日食，我们便早早的吃完饭，来到河边观看。

天边的太阳圆圆的，发出夺目的亮光，射得人眼睛发痛。过了一会儿，方才还是圆圆的太阳，像被什么咬去一块似，慢慢的，太阳越变越越小，而且被裹上了橘黄色，没有了刺眼的光芒。我很奇怪，问：“奇怪，太阳应该是全部都发光的，为什么那一块儿缺了呢?”“因为月亮，太阳和地球十分精确的在一条直线上，月亮把太阳光挡住了，所以才会有日食呀!日食包括日全食和日偏食，这可是难得一见的奇观呢!”妈妈说，“古时候人们把‘日食’称做‘天狗吃太阳’，并且认为它是凶兆，因为太阳没有了，人类就无法生存，所以举行各种仪式，乞求上天息怒，让大地重新被阳光照耀。”听了妈妈的介绍，我觉得这个世界真是奇妙啊!

收获二：当然是读书了!暑假时，爷爷给我买了一本《钢铁是怎样炼成的》，这部小说成功地塑造了保尔。柯察金这样一个无产阶级英雄形象，展示了苏维埃夺取政权、保卫政权和巩固政权的波澜壮阔的斗争场面。我被保尔这种鲜明、倔强、坚强而又坚忍不拔的个性深深的打动了。

另外，我种植我家的宝贝那些有趣的植物太阳花、含羞草、茉莉花……可有意思了!我还看了几部有意义的电视剧，收获可大了!

暑假里，我学会了一项本领，就是——骑平衡车。

放暑假了，哥哥买了一辆平衡车，过了两天，哥哥带着他的平衡车来找我玩。哥哥把平衡车放在地上，一踩，就动起来了，我羡慕地看着。哥哥炫耀着说：“嘿嘿，不会骑吧，真够笨的，我先绕一圈再回来。”我心想：不就是一踩上去就会动吗？有什么了不起的！

一眨眼的功夫，哥哥就转回来了，说：“怎么样，会不会？上来玩一玩吧！”“好呀，我又不是不敢玩。”我不服气。哥哥下来让我骑上去。

刚上去，我的心“砰砰”跳得很快，平衡车开始转动了。刚上去没多久，我就一下子摔在地上。但我很坚强，并没有哭，也没有说疼，哥哥问我：“你没事吧？”“我没事的，谢谢！”从这天起，我就下定决心每天都要好好练习。

一天练三四个小时，可是要摔好多次。一开始，我本来想放弃的，可是哥哥告诉我，想要练出好成绩，就得坚持，不要半途而废。我练啊练，果然“功夫不负有心人”，一天比一天练得好。

于是，我想：天天都在窄小的地方练习，要不，换个宽广。阔的地方。我选了广场，我把平衡车放地上开始骑了。我围绕着广场绕了一圈，感觉比那窄小的地方好多了。

到了暑假的最后几天，我想：要不要再练了呢？我都练这么好了，要不然不练了吧！“不行，哪怕假期还剩一天，我也要练，不然我会落后的。”我对自己说。

开学了，我告诉同学们我会骑平衡车了，同学们都羡慕我。

这个暑假使我收获了一个道理：做事不要半途而废，只要坚持，就有成功的希望。

按照我的“人生规划”，利用每年的暑假，去接触一样新事物或者学习一种新技能，从中确定自己的兴趣所在，今年暑假也不例外，我选择了弹吉他。

每次看到电视上，有人弹着吉他唱着歌，我都会被表演者弹奏的优美旋律和陶醉的神情所吸引，心想，有机会我也要做一次这样的表演。今年暑假正好有时间，我报名学习吉他弹唱。

作为初学者，老师先让我苦练基本功，就是弹熟“53231323”（拨弄琴弦），让右手手指能够轻柔地、准确地、连续地拨动琴弦。本以为这样的旋律很简单，一上手才发现，我只能一根弦一根弦地拨，发出的声音不清脆也不连贯，而且手指被金属琴弦磨得很疼，还真是“万事开头难”呐。

经过一个星期的勤学苦练，我终于把基本功弹好了。老师接着教我识谱，这个倒不是很难，因为我在音乐课上也学过一些这方面的知识，又验证了一句

学会识谱，我就能弹奏一些简单的歌曲了，接下来老师要传授给我较难一点的弹奏技巧了。扫弦、切弦……加入这些技巧元素，一般的歌曲我都能慢慢弹下来了。老师夸我学得又快又好，我真的很开心。

我的结业演出是在新苏天美商场大厅里进行的，当天有很多音乐培训机构的学员参加，有打架子鼓的、有拉小提琴的、有吹笛子的……简直就是一场大型演奏会。这是我第一次登台表演，虽然准备得很充分，但是还是因为紧张弹错了一点点，唱歌声音也没有平时洪亮。下了台，老师没有责备我，反而鼓励我要多练习，告诉我“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，成功的演出不是易事。

在那里，环境很差，而且我爷爷奶奶家还有好几处漏水，下雨时，屋子里只有中间能待着，因为我在二伯伯加睡，因此没怎么淋着，而且我们家里的电视都是看的清楚，而且频道多，而河南我看过只有三个频道还模糊不清，这个让我明白了要珍惜现在的生活。

时间过的真快，暑假转眼就过去了一半。为了抓住这7月的尾巴，我们303班晨星中队的小伙伴们，一起做了一件特别有意义的事情——爱心义卖。

吃过晚饭，我急忙赶到活动现场，落日的余辉下，江边已有不少散步的人群。我的小伙伴们也已经摆好摊位，准备好了义卖商品。哇！没想到我们的义卖商品，品种真丰富呀！有发光花环、星空仙女棒、跳跳鸡、发光弹弓，还有泡泡水……看来今天我们一定会有不错的收获！

“爱心义卖，大家走过路过，千万不要错过。”“快来买呀！快来买呀！”小伙伴们开始吆喝起来。“小朋友，这个怎么多少钱呀？”这时一位阿姨来到摊位前，指着泡泡水问我，我一下子就傻了，着急地问其他小伙伴：“这个卖多少钱？”“8块，买两支大的泡泡水，送一支小泡泡水。”阿姨说：“那给我来两根吧。”没想到第一单这么快成交了，为了避免刚才的尴尬场面，我赶紧做起了功课。

随着夜幕的降临，来沿江路散步的人越来越多。小伙伴们开始分头行动起来，有继续坚守“主战场”的小伙伴们，有挑选好商品独自出发的小伙伴，也有几人合作行动的。一开始我心里还有些胆怯，手里的义卖品一件也没卖出去，但看着我身边的小伙伴，他们信心十足的样子，终于我也鼓起勇气。这时正好有一位叔叔带着一个小男孩经过，我急忙拿出手里的发光弹弓向他们介绍起来，小男孩和他的爸爸被我手里的弹弓吸引住了，这一单顺利成交。有了这个好的开头，接下来我更有信心了。“你头上的是什么呀？”这时过来了一位小妹妹，她被我头上的发光发卡所吸引。“这是发光发卡，可以夹在头发上，你看，在黑夜里就像一颗耀眼的星星。”“妈妈，我想要这个。”小妹妹跑到了妈妈身边，***妈看着我手里拿着不少发光的商品，又拿起了发光花环，戴在了小女孩的头上，真没想到我又卖出去两件。我兴奋地跑回去，又拿了更多不同品种的义卖品，几个小伙伴在途中碰到，还相互交流了

就这样，在不知不觉中，天已经完全黑下来了，我们的不少义卖品已经销售一空，摆摊接近尾声，这时我才发现自己已经大汗淋漓，但是我一点也不觉得累，心里反而感到很高兴。通过我们的努力，能够为班级的读书角增加不少新书。

还没放假前，科技馆老师打电话询问我，要不要去参加今年第十届的“全国中小学信息技术创新与实践活动”，我非常的喜出望外!我兴奋地把这消息告诉了父母亲，他们也非常同意我去参加这样的活动，但有个前提，在参加比赛前必须先把暑假作业写完。

期末考试结束了，我拿到了暑假作业，看到了“堆积如山”的暑假作业，我开始想打退堂鼓了，我的心里仿佛有两个小人在吵架，最终，我对比赛的渴望超出了对作业的恐惧。于是，“魔鬼作业期”就开始了。我以每天“上刀山，下火海”的精神，在比赛前完成我的作业。开始了为期一个月的比赛训练。

7月27日早上，我们一行人在老师的带领下顺利地登上了飞机，来到了武汉参加我梦寐以求的比赛。我怀着满怀的信心，我对自己说：功夫不负有心人，我付出了那么多的努力，我一定争取得冠军。

7月28日上午，来自全国和台湾等多个城市共一百多支队伍，近400多名师生参加了比赛。我也来到了期待已久的比赛场地，现场人山人海，许多人都在为比赛做着各种准备，我们一同前来的9人组成了3支团体赛队，我被分配到了3队，我们此次制作的项目是“蚂蚁雄兵”，裁判给我们发来了制作材料，我们要利用裁判分发的木板、木条、马达、齿轮等配件，制作出特色的仿生机器人作品。更需要利用平时训练里所学的科学知识和技巧来完成制作，我们3人开始分工合作，一个钻木条，一个锯木板，我是负责装马达箱。“制作开始!”裁判喊到。我们就这样热火朝天的开工了。

可是好景不长，在比赛过程的过程中，我们遇到了一点小问题：木条不够用，我们只好向一同前来的队伍借木条，搭好了基本框架之后，我们开始组装它的脚……组装和创意都完成了，我们把做好的“蚂蚁雄兵”拿上了评比台。

过了一段时间，评比结束了，我们开始进行现场比赛，比赛的内容是让“蚂蚁雄兵”围绕着一个中心点绕圈，我们开始不停的测试它的机动性，轮到了我们了，我怀着激动的心情登上了比赛擂台，为了确保万一，我又把马达打开，测试它是否正常运转。裁判问我是否准备好，我反而更紧张了，我点点头，裁判倒数“三、二、一，开始”，我手上的“蚂蚁雄兵”像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，哎呀!由于我的紧张，我并没有把它摆在适合的地方，因为这是关系到我们是否能取得好成绩的关键，我不禁吓出了几滴冷汗。

30秒后比赛时间到了，可是它只转了10圈，这和我们平时训练时15圈的成绩相差甚远!我心里非常地纠结。第一轮的比赛结束了，待所有的参赛的选手都结束了比赛，这时裁判宣布，给所有参赛选手一点改进的时间，再进行第二轮的比赛，我发现了马达的齿轮有磨损，立马把它换了下来，可就在换马达的时候，我的紧张和粗心大意，把马达的线路接错了，而我竟然没有发现，当叫到我们队的名字时，我又代表我们队再次走上了比赛擂台，在裁判的再一次的命令下，我把它放到了台上，可它竟然不动了，我非常的'着急，我上前重新把它进行了调整，再一次放上台去，可它还是不动，裁判说，这一次我们失败了，按上一轮的比赛来计算分数。我看到旁边一支队伍，不论从创意或外形上都比我们的作品来得要好一些，我的心里有种说不出的压力。

比赛结束了，我们还是得了二等奖的第一名。我虽然十分的沮丧，但这次比赛让我深深的体会到了“天外有天，人外有人”这句话的深刻含义，也让我下定了决心，要改掉粗心大意的习惯。通过了这次的暑假生活，我开阔了我的视野，锻炼了我的意志，让我学到了许多书本上没有的知识，使我收获许多!

回顾一个月的暑假生活，我的收获还真不少，但是最值得一提的，还是我学会了“指绘”。“指绘”与传统的“手绘”不同，所谓“纸绘”，就是使用平板电脑或者手机，下载专门的绘画软件，屏幕就是画布，手指就是画笔。可以选择铅笔、钢笔、马克笔等不同类型的绘画工具，还可以调整画笔尺寸、透明度等，同时利用指尖与屏幕接触时的不同力度实现氤氲的效果。

有一天，我无意中在网上看到了指绘作品，发现别人画的效果非常好看，线条是那么优美，构图是那么清晰，颜色是那么迷人，简直栩栩如生、活灵活现。于是我暗下决心，我也要试一试，学会指绘。

我下载了APP程序，然后找到画布，选择了工具，就开始画画。看似简单的绘画程序，操作起来可比我想象的难多了，我的手指不由自主地抖着，画笔也一会粗一会细，画出来的画更是惨不忍睹，线条像虫子一样弯弯曲曲地爬在画布上，物体的轮廓也变了形，谁也看不出我画的究竟是什么。我又试了几次，手指头还是不听使唤，进步也不明显，和别人的作品简直天壤之别。

我伤心极了，开始反思为什么自己画得这么难看，原来是我太心急了，这回我耐下心来，观看了“新手指南”，又查找了很多关于指绘方面的教程视频之后，认认真真地开始作画，这下果然比之前好多了，我的心里美滋滋的，快活地像只小鸟，我不能骄傲，还得多多练习。经过反复地实践，我的手指头在屏幕上已经能自如作画了，指绘水平有了很大提升。

这件事使我明白：做任何事情都要有耐心，研究好方法之后再去做，一定能取得事半功倍的效果。正所谓，只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针！

在七月的第四天，我们期待的暑假终于来临，顿时，我心中有股兴奋的感觉。

我觉得只要是个学生都喜欢暑假，因为在这两个月里我们可以愉快度过！

刚放假，爸爸就帮我报了补习班，其实我还想再多玩几天的。刚到补习地点上课的时候，我居然看到了我的两个闺蜜。我记得我之前问她们说要不要一起去补习，可是她们说打死也不去，可现在……

开始上课了。只见一个男老师走了进来，“同学们好，我是你们的数学老师，我姓王，你们可以叫我王老师。”他刚说完我就已经知道他是哪里人，广东人。我舅妈也是广东人，每次她回我们老家都会叫我们带她去放牛。可是她每次都说放流，哈哈哈，搞得我半天才听懂。我发现王老师每次给我们讲题的时候，脚和手都会抖，可能他是初生之犊，但他似乎怕虎。老师最怕的就是我和我的两个闺蜜了，因为我们说话比较直接。上课的时候，我们老是戳中老师的“要害”，哈哈！

可明老师就不一样了，正版的山东妹子，可“凶”了。她带着一副非常厚的眼镜，讲课过程中整个表情严肃认真，我们一句话都不敢说。但有时候她也会跟我们开玩笑，她还给我们讲故事。我们很佩服她，因为她在英语方面很有学问，而且她讲课效率特别高，我们一听就会。

在一个月的相处中，我发现我爱上了这样的暑假生活。我们整个八年级的补习生和两位老师就像一个大家庭一样，快乐，幸福，和睦。

补习结束了，我很舍不得两位老师还有同学们。他们就像我生命中的过客一样，戏份不是很多，但是很重要。

暑假马上就要结束了，我的暑假有哪些收获呢？

收获一：家务活

我会帮妈妈洗碗、扫地、拖地、洗衣服、收衣服，今年暑假我还学着做了针线活。我有件衣服的一条线断了，裂开了大嘴。我想把它缝起来，找来针线。先把线穿进针眼里，在线的末端绣上疙瘩，把衣缝对整齐，上一针下一针开始缝了起来，缝好后再绣上疙瘩，把针取出。看着自己的杰作，还不错。缝衣服可需要心细啊，要不然会扎到自己。

收获二：读书

暑假里终于不用受时间的限制，随心所欲地看自己的书了。罗尔德。达尔的系列丛书《马蒂尔德》《查理和巧克力工厂》《查理和大玻璃升降机》《女巫》《好心眼的巨人》……童喜喜的系列丛书《玻璃间》《嘭嘭嘭》《再见零》还有《小鹿斑比》《金银岛》……真是让我过了一把读书瘾。

收获三：其他

经过暑假的突击训练，我的舞功比以前也有了长进。二胡也该学六级了。暑假作业也完成了。

我的暑假收获挺多的。但还是有美中不足：没有去旅游，只有到明年了。

我的暑假生活多姿多彩，收获颇多，其中让我最难以忘记的是我学会了骑自行车。

一放暑假，我就兴冲冲地赶回老家。刚好那天是我好朋友的生日，她爸爸花400多元钱给她买了一辆自行车。看见她那崭新的自行车，我羡慕得不得了。

那天，她学了自行车了，我就当她的“替补”。我坐上自行车，左脚在地，右脚放在踏板上，慢慢地滑。后来，我企图把左脚也放在踏板上，不料，刚放上踏板，车子一下子就倒了，我也一下子摔了个仰面朝天，手也磨破皮了。我知道“心急吃不了热豆腐”，得一步一步来，我只好先学稳定性。于是，重新坐上自行车，双脚落地，慢慢往前蹭，这个姿势我学了一上午，掌握的也差不多了。

下午，我手握车龙头，站在车的左边，左脚踩踏板，右脚发力往前蹭，整整一下午，我学会了这个动作。

第二天，学下坡。我稍稍把车握着，小心翼翼的往下滑，可是，一不小心又摔了。脚上青一块紫一块，可疼了！

第三天，我重整旗鼓，继续练习着。第四天……我终于练熟了，甭提多高兴！

骑着车上在操场上转了几圈，我觉得天空是那么湛蓝，空气是那么清新，花儿是那么美好……

从学骑自行车这件事中，我明白了一个道理：做任何事，只要大胆尝试，持之以恒，总会有收获的，有付出就会有收获。

这个暑假，我学会了我一直以来都没有学会也不敢去学的一样东西，游泳。

谈起游泳，其实早在一年级的时候，妈妈就让我去上学，但一直贪玩的我一直不同意，这成了妈妈的“心愿”。

这一年，我终于实现了我妈这个“心愿”，要学会游泳。事实上，泡沫水在这么热的天，和游泳也很不错，只是暑假我在家没事，然后玩玩！

时间过得真快，美妙的假期就要结束了。对我来说暑假是多姿多彩的，在这个暑假里，我也过得很开心，收获颇多。

暑假里我学了唱歌、跳舞等，还学会了如何写好钢笔字。通过有效地训练和指导，我已经学会了气息唱法，每次开唱之前都要开声，打开内口腔。老师告诉我，要想唱出好听的歌曲，需要每天坚持气息训练。另外，我还熟练地掌握了五级考级舞蹈《心爱宝贝》《寻壶隐君》《小阿哥》等，考完级就可以进入六级班的学习了。

这个暑假我最开心的是在能力风暴学了机器人。通过一个多月的学习，我学会了用机器人进行简单的电脑编程，搭建东方明珠电视塔、生态农场、电动压路机、电动海盗船、电动坦克、留声机等，非常有意思。写字方面也有了很大的进步，因为马上要进入三年级的学习，所以暑假我也进行了钢笔字的练习。通过每天的努力练习，我的钢笔字得到老师最高的打分A+。

这个暑假过得很充实，也收获了很多。马上假期就要结束了，我十分期待在新学期和老师同学们见面。

在这个短暂的暑假里，我想很多同学收获了旅游带来的快乐、参与假期学习知识的提高、休闲放松的满足。我想我的暑假收获可能与大家不太一样，刚放假，我就到了妈妈饭店，当了小帮手。

惭愧，第一天我就睡到10点30分才起来帮忙，那时已经卖完早餐了，我想妈妈是看我睡得香不忍心叫醒我。妈妈说：“到12点钟是才是最忙的”，的确，到了十一点钟，就陆陆续续有客人来吃饭了，需要煮饭、洗菜、洗碗、炒菜、上菜等等，还要招呼客人，妈妈忙得团团转，天气又热，感觉很是累人。这一刻，我感受到了爸爸妈妈平日的艰辛。我就帮忙做一些力所能及的事，洗菜，切火腿肠等，后来，妈妈又叫我去帮忙送餐，送完餐走在炎热的路道上，我真想找个地方凉快一下，这时，来到白云山门口，我赶紧走到售票处买了一张票进去了，太舒服了，绿树成荫，我被这个地方吸引住了，结果玩到傍晚才回档口，可门是关着的。对面一位空军叔叔告诉：“***妈到处去找你了。”我有点惭愧。后来拖着一身疲惫的妈妈回来只问我去那儿，叮嘱我以后别乱跑。我心里更惭愧了，我为了贪图一时的享受，却让忙碌了一天的妈妈还要为我担惊受怕，我深深的感受到妈妈对我的爱，我一定要帮妈妈做更多的事情！

接下来我每天都很早就起床帮忙，我每天都这么坚持着，不管多苦多累，直到现在开学了，但我想星期六和星期日还去店里帮忙。我心里有一个念头就是我长大了，要减轻爸爸妈妈的负担。

我说到这，相信很多同学已经知道我暑假里的收获了，在这里，我要对同学们说的是：“父母亲所做的很多事都是为了我们，我们应该认真学习，尽量的帮忙做力所能及的事情，回报自己的父母。”

在这个暑假，我收获了太多。

时间是那样的宝贵，不容许等待，期末考后的第一天，我就开始了忙碌而又充实的的暑假生活。我每天上午8:30—11:30进行古筝考级的集训课。你知道吗？二年级的我是可以自己去，自己回，不用爸爸妈妈接送了。在每天上午三个小时的集训中，我认真听老师的指导，认真学每一首曲子。我一遍又一遍地弹同一首曲子，力求弹到最完美，回家后还要认真地复习乐理知识，准备在考级中取得优异的成绩。

我喜欢画画，从幼儿园大班开始到现在我都坚持学画画，今年的暑假也不例外，每周的一、三、五下午坚持学画画，这次我学的是彩铅素描，从画画中我学到了很多美的知识。

我喜欢学习，觉得学习是一件很快乐的事情！在暑假期间，我进行了练字、写作和阅读、英语的学习，虽然学的东西比较多，但是我觉得我过得很充实，很幸福！

傍晚的时光，我喜欢到游泳池游泳。与凉爽晶莹透亮的水相伴嬉戏特别的惬意。

我还会还和爸爸妈妈一起阅读，相互分享阅读的内容……我相信只要有付出就一定会有收获，不管未来如何，我一定会坚持做好每件事。

经过在克拉玛依十个月的学习，我们终于回到了心中日思夜想的家乡和父母的身边。而转眼间暑假又将过去，再过几天就将回到学校。心中虽然有着家乡亲人的不舍，但又充满了学校老师同学的思念。这是我在上初中的第一个假期，对我来说，意义非凡，同时也有不少收获。

这个假期是我第一次将每天都安排的满满当当的假期，是我第一次到最后几天才写完作业的假期，也是我第一次没时间弹琴的假期。

原因只有一个：忙。但心却感到不空虚，说实话，是很充实的——被知识塞得满满的。每天虽然千篇一律，一成不变的似乎比上学还要忙。但这是应该的，上初中后，学习压力不同往日，更重了。科目增加了不少，家长对孩子的期待更有所提高。所以想要在全年级中成绩领先是不容易的。而假期时间，我必须要好好利用，自己自学初二的课程。

刚回家的前几天，我们几个同学商量好，去老师家做客，也为老师带去了问候。这个暑假，我们收获了感恩。爸爸胃不好，可他却总是抽烟，怎么都戒不掉，在学校时，我给他打电话，他同意等我回来后他绝不抽烟了，但回家后家里却还是那股“烟熏”味。于是我又多了一件事干，那就是不让他抽烟，只要一抽就没收。这次回来，我懂事了不少，也知道关心爸妈了，不让他们不爱护身体。

这个暑假虽然收获了不少，但还远远不够，人要更多的发展······

我们现在这个时代，通讯和网络都非常的方便，虚拟的网络世界也特别的吸引人，所以我们学生现在也有很多有着严重的网瘾的现象，每天一放学或是一下课，去做的和谈论的都是网络世界里面的游戏，而对于学校的运动，也都没有很大的兴趣，所以我们现在学校里面，热爱运动的同学也都越来越少了，不管是学校组织的还是班上的运动，我们也都不再积极的去参与，当然，我相信我们XX学校的所有学生都应该想要拥有一个好的身体，我们现在也都是十几岁的年纪，身为一名初中生，现在正是我们长身体的最为关键的时候，要想在之后的长大之后，成为一个顶天立地的男子汉，首先就应该要去有热爱运动的心理，并且愿意去为了自己的身体而去运动，愿意去动去努力，所以很多的时候，我们都要提高自己对于运动的积极性，不要成天都待在教室里面，做一些有意义的运动，有利于我们的成长和健康的运动也是非常的重要的，运动对于我们现在这个时候的初中生来说也是非常的重要的，不管是热爱运动的同学，还是不爱运动的同学们，希望你们在今天过后，都可以为了自己的学习和身体去好好的运动。

记得刚刚过去的趣味运动会中，大家积极参与各项活动，努力拼搏，奋勇争先。有许多令人难以忘怀的项目：智慧与速度并存的定向运动与摸石头过河，考验团队配合能力的跳长绳与拔河以及充满热血与拼劲的滚雪球与有轨电车等。这些运动不仅让大家收获了健康的身体与无尽的欢乐，更是培养了大家的合作精神与拼搏精神。

梅西曾说过：“直到遇到足球，我的人生彻底改变，我很记得我第一个足球的样子，在我心里，它就像一颗糖果。”也还记得结束不久的足球校长杯，每位足球健将都发挥出自己最强的实力，积极投入比赛，让每场球赛都具有观赏性与层次感。难忘那些漂亮的凌空抽射，过人技巧，默契的团队配合，稳固的防守阵线，优秀的扑救动作以及强强对话中的热血拼搏。我们用对足球的热情与场场精彩的比赛诠释了足球精神，也会成为大连这个足球之城闪耀的一颗星。

在平时的学习生活中，我们也能进行许多运动。比如体活课的各种球类运动，体育课与间操的广播操与太极拳，以及晚自习后的慢跑等等。这些都使我们在紧张的学习环境中得到放松，同时也真正做到劳逸结合。

现代医学认为，运动可以提高身体新陈代谢，使机体各器官充满活力，从而推迟各器官的衰老进程。对心血管系统，更是有益。老年人易患心血管病，又不好动。所以对运动更应重视。因为运动可提高心血管系统的机能，使心脏肌肉血液充盈，心壁增厚，收缩有力，保持血管弹性，增加心脏搏出量。此外，运动可以提高人的大脑皮层神经活动过程的强度、灵活性和均衡性，还能神经细胞得到充足的营养物质，尤其是氧气供给充分，可使头脑保持清醒，精力保持旺盛。据测定，运动员的肺活量、呼吸差都比不好运动的同龄人大。这说明体育运动可以保持肺泡的弹性及肺脏的通气及换气功能，通过肺泡进入血液的氧增加，这对于人体各器官，尤其是中枢神经系统是极为有利的。

其实运动的范围不仅仅局限于激烈的赛场，它也存在于美妙的音乐世界、广大的舞台、生活的繁华中，等等。运动的活力使悲观的世界也能绽放出炫丽夺目的光芒，由此，人们懂得了“生命在于运动”的道理。只有运动，才能撩起生命的雾纱；只有运动，才能奏起生命的凯歌。因此，我也想鼓励大家积极参与学校的各种活动，充分展现自己的风采，不断提升自己的能力。

当我们做到真正热爱运动时，不仅会对运动本身充满热情，还会对运动背后的精神有所领略。就像足球世界里的德罗巴，人们记住的不仅时那个在斯坦福桥攻城拔寨的魔兽，更是他成功带领科特迪瓦足球雄起，成功晋级世界杯，让2300万科特迪瓦人免于战火的洗礼，收获和平与尊严。还有加盟西班牙人的武磊，在收获两粒西甲进球后，人们对他的期望更大，也相信他会掀起中国足球发展的浪潮。我们应该记住的，是携带中国足球梦在西甲赛场上披荆斩棘的武磊，而不是那个娱乐圈中的小鲜肉吴磊。这便是运动的力量，强大而令人敬畏。

我们也会记得：苏炳添在国际田联钻石联赛美国尤金站中以9秒99的成绩获得季军并再次打破百米全国纪录，成为真正意义上第一位进入9秒关口的亚洲本土选手。这是全中国的荣耀，也是全亚洲的荣耀。当苏炳添与博尔特交手时，不仅心态放松，还在起跑时略微领先博尔特。虽然最后惜败，但仍足以证明中国运动员在短跑上的进步之大。

达芬奇曾说过：“运动是一切生命的源泉。”身为24中人，我们不仅要坚持运动，更要热爱运动。积极锻炼身体，收获良好身心。同时，也要领会运动背后的精神，通过运动培养优秀的品质，提高自己的综合能力。

大家早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的题目同样是：《我运动我健康我快乐！》

有一个真实的故事，同样告诉了我们体育运动的重要性与好处。法国作家雨果，年青时很有才华。29岁就写了长小说《巴黎圣母院》，这本小说轰动了整个法国。之后他还写了很多小说、散文、诗歌……可正当他奔放的时候，心脏病却突然发作了。许多人看到雨果发青的脸色，都为他感到惋惜。人们都以为巨星就要坠落了。可雨果并不悲观，他在医生的指导下，每天坚持跑步、游泳、爬山。没多久，雨果的病情渐渐好了起来。于是他又提起笔重新写作。60岁创作了文学名著《悲惨世界》，80岁创作了戏剧《笃尔克玛》。最终他活了84岁。人们看到雨果40岁得了心脏病，最终却成了一个长寿者，都赞叹不已地说：“这真是一个奇迹。”

同学们一定听说姚明、刘翔等运动员吧。他们都是运动高手，有着强壮的身体与拿手的运动项目。他们那强壮的身体与拿手的运动项目都是从运动中得到的礼物哦。

除了在体育课、大课间的运动外，每天，你自己有没有自觉地参加体育运动？当你学习、看书超过一个小时，就要站起来走走了；当你留恋在电视机前、沉迷在电脑游戏的时候，更要站起来到外面运动运动一下。运动不在于多，不在于激烈，而在于持之以恒和适量。跑步和走路是的运动。早上来到学校可先到运动场跑两圈再上教室；下午放学时也可以去跑几圈或到操场打打球跳跳绳等；饭后在家或附近慢走十分钟。这些看似简单而且不花时间的运动，如果持之以恒地去做，一定会收到事半功倍的效果。只有健康的意识，持之以恒的体育锻炼，才能战胜疾病，可怕的流感病毒也不会侵犯你。

为了提高我们的体质健康水平，在此我号召大家做到以下几点：

第一、坚持每天早上跑三两圈，跑步时，统一往一个方向，避免相撞，眼睛向前看，双手应该积极摆动，不要插在口袋里；不要一边跑、一边讲话，因为很容易把跑步时带起的灰尘吸到嘴里。

第二、冬季锻炼要注意预防感冒，锻炼时着装要合理，锻炼后要及时穿衣保暖。

中国古代的闺中佳人以纤细的病态美而出名，而正是因为她们体弱多病，所以很难得有几个寿命长的，有些是因为难产和病痛折磨而永离人世。皇帝，是权力的象征。正是因为如此，他们才渴望长生不老药。可惜，当时在街上狂奔实在是有损颜面，更何况皇帝九龙之躯，十分金贵，不是高高地端坐在龙椅上，便是在书房里批阅奏折。皇帝不长寿，活得最久的皇帝乾隆也只活到88岁。

不过不仅是现在有这么多运动健将，在古代同样有运动超强的人物，对于古代运动大家了解吗？下面我就给大家介绍一下。原始人类为了获取小动物做食品，就要有快跑的能力；为了抵御和擒获大猛兽，就要有使用器械和投掷的力量；为了捞取水中的鱼虾做食物，就要会游泳技术；为了采摘高树上的果实充饥，就要掌握攀登的技巧。当人类在劳动中认识这些能力和技术的重要，并有意识地去学习锻炼这些技能时，就开始有了体育。

你们知道古代各项运动的最高记录吗？可一点不比现代人差。

古代短跑最高纪录：北魏杨大眼 100米/10秒。

古代投掷最高纪录：汉代大将甘延寿 重六斤的石头28米。

古代跳高最高纪录：晋国大将魏犨 1.77米。

跳跃既然是作战中的一种重要战斗能力，各诸侯国君当然十分重视。在《左传》上还记载了这样一件事：公元前632年，晋文公率领三军攻打曹国。在战斗中，大将魏犨和颠颉违犯了军纪，放火烧了曹国大夫羁负僖的家，魏犨在纵火中还烧伤了自己的胸部。

晋文公见这两人违犯了军令，十分恼火，命令军司马赵衰将这两人斩首示众。赵衰说，一天杀死两员大将于军不利。魏犨作战很勇敢，屡立大功。如果这次伤势不重，就赦免了他吧。晋文公同意了赵衰的意见，并派赵衰去探视魏犨的伤势。有人把这一消息通报了魏犨。

魏犨等赵衰来看他时，用布把身上的伤缠紧，忍住疼，“距跃三百，曲踊三百”，就是向上跳300次，向前跳300次。并说，托晋君的福，我的伤已完全好了。由于魏犨表现了很好的跳跃能力，晋文公便赦免了他，只将颠颉一人斩首，以正军法。

运动在古代也是十分流行的，古代也是不乏运动人才可以与现代媲美的。

那我们更应该努力了，但是我们大部分人依然觉得体育课是噩梦，体育锻炼便是身体和心理上的双重折磨，特别是长跑。我可以提出几个偏方：一、如果一边跑步，一边转移注意力，例如在心里唱歌甚至背诗，能忽略身体上的疼痛。二、把长跑分为一小段一小段地跑，那么成就感会战胜恐惧感和劳累感。三、给自己足够的压力，然后转化为动力。

运动是一个检验自己身体强度和心理强度的机会，世界卫生组织估计，全球因缺乏运动而引致的死亡人数，每年超过二百万。注意：不运动，会使身体的免疫能力下降，某些疾病和病毒不能得到有效免疫而诱发猝死。还有一个重要的情况，如果小孩不进行足够多的体育锻炼的话，那他们的大脑发育也不会很好，就影响到智力稍微不明显的低下。

能够经常锻炼是很好的，但是也要切记：

1、不要在强光下锻炼。人体皮肤长时间照射，可发生灼伤，紫外线还可以穿透皮肤、骨头，辐射到脑膜、视网膜，使大脑和眼球受损伤。

2、锻炼时间不要过长。一次锻炼时间不宜过长，一般20～30分钟为宜。

3、锻炼后不要大量饮水。锻炼出汗多，如这时大量饮水，会给血液循环系统、消化系统，特别是心脏增加负担。同时，饮水会使出汗更多，盐分则进一步丢失，从而引起痉挛、抽筋等症状。

4、锻炼后不要立即洗冷水澡，锻炼体内产热量增加快，皮肤的毛细血管也大量扩张以利于身体散热。突然过冷刺激会使体表已开放的毛孔突然关闭，造成身体内脏器官紊乱，大脑体温调节失常，以致生病。

5、锻炼后不要大量吃冷饮。体育锻炼可使大量血液涌向肌肉和体表，而消化系统则处于相对贫血状态。大量的冷饮不仅降低了胃的温度，而且也冲淡了胃液，轻则可引起消化不良，重则会导致急性胃炎。

6、锻炼后不要以体温烘衣。运动后汗液较多，若懒于更换汗衣，极易引起风湿病或关节炎。
